Dann ist vielleicht die Z-Achse "verkehrtherum" angelegt?
Ohne Konfiguration kann ich leider nichts dazu sagen.

Einfach aus dem Programm heraus mal eine Support-Anfrage stellen und das dabei entstehende zip-File an die angegebene Email Schicken.
Die kommt dann bei mir an und ich kann mir die Konfiguration mal anschauen.
